How long have you worked for Sentient HR?
I have been working with Sentient HR for five months.

What is your favourite colour?
White is my favourite colour.

What is your favourite snack?
A fresh salad is something I like.

How do you spend your summer breaks?
I plan to continue my studies this summer so I can complete them as soon as possible. During my free time, I enjoy bonding with my family, especially my children, and making up for the time I miss because of my busy study schedule.

If you won the lottery and decided to give up teaching, what would you do instead?
I would pursue my dream of opening a childcare centre in my home country, where I could apply and share everything I’ve learned through my studies and the valuable experience Sentient has given me.

What is one of your hidden talents?
I love dancing, and I also enjoy singing, even though I don’t think I have the best singing voice!

What makes a ‘good day’ at a childcare centre?
The smiles, joy, and laughter that children share make every day a good day.

What inspires you?
Children inspire me every day to do my best and give my all in my role as a childcare worker.

What’s the best thing about being an RECE or Assistant?
The best part is making a positive difference in every child’s life. Helping them grow into kind and confident individuals is incredibly rewarding. I don’t believe there is a worst part—as long as you love what you do and have the passion for it, every day spent with children is meaningful.

How do you remember all of the children’s names?
I remember them by their unique personalities, behaviours, and participation in activities.

What current trends are baffling to you? Why?
AI-generated designs. While they can be useful, I believe they can also be misleading and, if used with bad intentions, may influence children’s thinking in the wrong way.

If you could take the children on a field trip anywhere in the world, where would you take them?
I would love to take them to the Natural History Museum in London.

What is your first memory from school?
One of my earliest memories is always being chosen as a class leader.

Is there a quote or saying that you live your life by?
“It takes a good heart to help shape little minds.”

What would your perfect party look like?
A relaxed, casual gathering filled with family, friends, good food, and meaningful conversations.
