What are your hours of operations?
Sentient is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to accept hours online through Sentient Connect.
To speak with a Client Care Coordinator, we are open:
Monday – Thursday 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Friday 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

When can I cancel an order without being penalized?
You may cancel a shift up to four (4) hours before the shift is scheduled to commence.
If you cancel a shift with less than four (4) hours of notice, we will invoice for three (3) hours of time.

How does we train our educators?
Sentient has developed original courses dedicated to the unique on call supply staffing position which our educators fulfill. Connect[ED] is our learning management system that serves as our platform to teach our staff in a multi-disciplinary manner. Our talent developer, who is also an RECE, leads the development of new training courses based on coaching and observations of our staff in the classroom. What are Sentient rates?
