Sentient connects over 350 staff and 9 administrators to meaningful positions in a field they love. Sentient connects communities of child care centres to compassionate child care workers. Most importantly, we connect children with child care workers who will ensure they are safe, happy, and engaged.
What We Do
Sentient provides qualified supply staff to child care centres and private schools across the GTA. We source candidates, vet them carefully, and fastidiously ensure their required documents are valid and on file for our clients. We are connecting in more ways now, through online learning and HR Services.
