I’ve been with Sentient HR for 4 months and already feel like I’m part of something special!

What is your favourite colour?

Light green – it’s calm, fresh, and reminds me of nature.

What is your favourite snack?

Pasta! It’s comforting, delicious, and always hits the spot.

What is one of your hidden talents?

I’m great at making up silly songs on the spot – it always gets the kids giggling and makes clean-up time way more fun!

What inspires you?

My family – they’re my biggest source of strength and motivation.

What makes a ‘good day’ at a childcare centre?

A good day is when every child is smiling, engaged, and genuinely enjoying their time. That’s when I know I’ve done something right.

What’s the best thing about being a childcare worker (RECE or Assistant)?

The best part is the joy of bonding with the children and sharing in their little victories. It’s so rewarding to have fun while making a difference in their day.

How do you remember all of the children’s names?

I make it a habit to use their names frequently throughout the day – during activities, greetings, and conversations – which helps me remember them more naturally.

If you could take the children on a field trip to anywhere in the world, where would you take them?

I’d love to take them to the Philippines to experience its beautiful culture, warm people, and exciting outdoor adventures.
