How long have you worked for Sentient HR?
I’ve been working with Sentient HR for about two months, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow and gain experience so early in my career journey.

Blue is my favourite.

I like to eat Potato Chips.

What is your favourite food?
Pasta is one of my favourite dishes that I enjoy.

How do you spend your summer breaks?
I love spending my summer breaks going out with friends and enjoying time together.

If you won the lottery and decided to give up teaching, what would you do instead?
I would go back to my home country to spend quality time with my parents.

What is one of your hidden talents?
Painting is something I really enjoy and find relaxing.

What makes a ‘good day’ at a childcare centre?
A good day is when an educator appreciates my work. Feeling recognized makes a big difference.

What inspires you?
My love for my job inspires me every day.

What’s the best and worst thing about being a childcare worker (RECE or Assistant)?
The best part is gaining valuable experience and learning every day. The most challenging part is travelling from one centre to another.

How do you remember all of the children’s names?
I’m very good at memorizing names quickly, it comes naturally to me.

What current trends are baffling to you? Why?
Nothing, really, I’m pretty open-minded.

If you could take the children on a field trip anywhere in the world, where would you take them?
Italy is quite beautiful, I would love to take them there.
