I enjoy clothing design, creating homemade décor, and gardening.

What makes a ‘good day’ at a childcare centre?
Spending meaningful time with the children and seeing them happy and engaged.

What inspires you?
People, new experiences, and continuous learning.

What’s the best and worst thing about being a childcare worker (RECE or Assistant)?
The best part is spending time with the children and supporting their growth. The most challenging part, as an assistant, is limited job opportunities, which is why I hope to continue my education and become an ECE.

How do you remember all of the children’s names?
Mostly through memory, and sometimes by connecting their names with their faces and personalities.

What current trends are baffling to you? Why?
None. I believe in my Creator and our holy book, which gives me clarity and guidance.

If you could take the children on a field trip anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Banff. It is a beautiful place filled with nature and mountains. It would be a meaningful opportunity for children to learn, explore, and appreciate the incredible beauty of creation.
