What makes a ‘good day’ at a childcare centre?
A good day is when I know I’ve made a positive impact, especially when I see a child smile because of something I did.

What inspires you?
Teaching is my true inspiration. Guiding and supporting children as they learn and grow is my greatest passion.

What’s the best thing about being a childcare worker (RECE or Assistant)?
The best part is spending my day with children. Watching them explore, learn, and grow brings so much joy.

How do you remember all of the children’s names?
I remember their names because I build a special connection with each child. It comes naturally when you genuinely care.

If you could take the children on a field trip anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I would take them to the zoo. It’s a fun and educational experience where they can see animals up close and spark their curiosity.
