Sentient HR Services provides Human Resources Services to the Child Care and Education Fields.

Sentient can help you recruit and retain the right fit for you. We have a full cycle recruitment process which involves us helping you through job/skill requirement meetings, we will pre-screen resumes and candidates, set up interviews at your location, hold feedback meetings with you and check references for all possible staff.

If you like one of the Sentient supply staff being sent out to your location you can try them out and see how they adapt to your workplace. If you decide to hire a Sentient supply staff they must work 150 hours at your centre through Sentient, and a conversion fee will also be applied (to the client) to finalize the hire.  Research has proven that using this type of service helps in building longer and stronger matches between the employee and employer. 

If you only need support with reference checks we have trained employees to execute thorough and complete references.
